Housing only would start with around 1500$ for Polycarbonate ones and 2200$ for aluminium ones but this depends on the camera model.  Ports are usually 200-300$ per lens . Strobes are 300-600$ each and video lights as well and you would need connecting arms and adapters which are roughly 200$ each.
